Pricing

Holobiont AI has one plan: Pay-as-you-go. There is no monthly fee and no commitment. Your company buys prepaid credits, in euros, and all AI usage is paid from them.

Note

The Pricing page in the app takes you to My Company → Credits, where you can see your balance and buy credits.

How credits work

  • One balance per company: all users and API keys of your company share the same credits.
  • Welcome credit: after setting up the company, tell us in a few sentences what you plan to build (and optionally the project’s website) to ask for 5,00 € of credits. We review the request, usually within a working day; you get an email when the credit is on your balance, and it’s listed as Welcome credit under My Company → Credits → Activity. Until then, if you skip the step, or if the request is declined, credits are bought.
  • All AI usage is paid from credits: chat, Food analysis and AI-assisted biomarker and supplement data are charged to your prepaid credits as you use them.
  • What you’re charged: each day’s usage is listed under My Company → Credits → Activity.
  • Credits never expire: unused credits stay on your balance.
  • When credits run out: AI features pause for everyone in the company until credits are added. Features that don’t use AI keep working.

What things cost

One credit is 0,001 €. AI features are charged for what they actually use, in credits; API requests carry a small platform price per request, summed hourly. The API reference lists the prices. As a guide, in the dashboard a chat answer is 15 to 30 credits (25 to 45 when it cites research papers), a meal photo analysis about 13, a basic supplement import about 90 and a full import 140 to 220. Stored documents cost 260 credits per gigabyte per month. Browsing the dashboard is free.

Buying credits

Company leaders can buy credits; other members see the balance and activity.

  1. Open My Company → Credits.
  2. Under Buy credits, pick 25 €, 100 € or 500 €, or enter another amount (from 25 € to 10 000 €) and click Buy.
  3. Pay by card in the secure checkout.

Credits are added as soon as the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. Your card is saved for automatic recharge.

Automatic recharge

Automatic recharge charges your saved card when the balance runs low, so work isn’t interrupted.

  1. Buy credits once, so a card is saved.
  2. Under Auto-recharge, switch on Recharge automatically.
  3. Set When below (€), the balance that triggers a recharge (default 10 €), and Add (€), how much to buy each time (25 € to 10 000 €, default 100 €).
  4. Click Save.

If a recharge payment fails (for example, the card is declined, the bank asks for authentication or no card is saved), automatic recharge is turned off and your company’s billing contact gets an email. When the credits run out, AI features stop until a leader buys credits or updates the card and turns automatic recharge back on.

Balance and charges

  • Dashboard: the Credits card shows the credits left (Pay-as-you-go · balance left), or Out of credits when the balance is 0.
  • My Company → Credits: Balance, Spent, last 30 days, Lasts about (how many days the balance lasts at your recent spending) and Activity: purchases, recharges, refunds and AI usage summed per day.
  • Usage: the tokens each operation used. See Usage Statistics.

The Credits page warns when the balance is running low: under about a week of average spending, or under 10 € if you haven’t spent anything yet.

Billing

Payments are handled securely through Stripe; card details are never stored on our servers.

  • Payment methods and invoices: company leaders manage them under My Company → Billing → Manage Billing.
  • Refunds: a refunded payment removes the refunded credits from your balance.

Tips

  • Start with a small top-up to try things out.
  • Check Spent, last 30 days and Lasts about on the Credits page to see how fast you use credits.
  • Turn on automatic recharge if running out mid-task would be a problem.
  • Higher reasoning levels in chat use more credits.
