Terms of Service

Holobiont AI (the “Platform”), including its dashboard and API, is operated by Biohacker Center Platform OÜ (registry code 16795881), registered in Estonia at Tööstuse 43-100, 10411 Tallinn, Estonia. The Platform lets organisations chat with a curated knowledge library of health documents and its knowledge graph, manage biomarker and supplement catalogues, analyse food, and use these capabilities in their own health and wellness apps through the API. By creating an account or using the Platform you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the Platform for an organisation, you accept these Terms on its behalf.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. Each account belongs to an organisation; its administrators decide who is invited, what roles they have, and how the organisation’s AI settings are configured. Keep your credentials and API keys secret, rotate a key you suspect is exposed, and use two-factor authentication where possible. You are responsible for all activity under your account and your organisation’s API keys.

Your organisation is the controller of the content it processes on the Platform, including any data its apps send through the API about their own end users, and we act as its processor, as described in the Privacy Policy. You must have a lawful basis for that data, which for health information is normally the end user’s explicit consent, tell your end users how their data is processed, and upload only content you have the right to use.

Holobiont provides AI-assisted information on nutrition, lifestyle and wellness. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. AI output, including answers, citations, extracted facts and food analyses, can be incomplete or wrong. Review it before you rely on it or show it to your end users; you are responsible for the advice and products you offer them.

You agree not to misuse the Platform, including by attempting to disrupt it or exceed its rate limits, accessing data without authorisation, reverse-engineering it, offering the Platform itself as a service to third parties, uploading unlawful or infringing content, or processing anyone’s data without a lawful basis. We may suspend or terminate accounts and API keys that breach these Terms or put data at risk.

Plans set the features and limits available to your organisation. AI usage is charged against prepaid credits at the prices shown in the dashboard, and fees, credits and any taxes are as shown at purchase or on your invoice. Payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store your card details.

The Platform, its software and its content remain ours or our licensors’. You may use the Platform only as permitted by these Terms. You retain your rights in the content you upload, and grant us the limited licence needed to host and process it to provide the service. We do not use your content to train AI models.

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change the AI models and providers we use, which can change answers, speed and cost. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for decisions made on AI output, for the advice or products you offer your end users, or for loss arising from your failure to obtain their consent or to comply with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

You may stop using the Platform at any time and delete your organisation’s content. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these Terms, for non-payment, or where required by law. After termination we delete content as described in the Privacy Policy, except records we must keep by law.

We may update these Terms. The date above shows the latest update, and we will notify you of material changes where appropriate. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
